新法对家庭团聚提高了要求，需要在挪威工作或学习4年后才能申请。

同时挪威驻华各使领馆在2009年12月29日至2010年1月4日暂不接收各种签证申请，请见元旦前暂停接收签证申请。

    “The “4-year requirement” only applies to the family of Asylum seekers or the family of someone who is, themselves, here on a family immigration permit.”
